PCG was founded by Jessica Cremen in the winter of 2020. Jessica has her own extensive work history in commercial real estate for the better half of the last decade. In addition, she has worked in commercial real estate with experience in construction, furniture, sales, and a family history of residential and commercial painting and networked for many years with her mother in property management. Since starting PCG Jessica has obtained her MBE/DBE/SBE through MDOT, WBE with WBENC Greater DMV and WBE through the City of Baltimore.
